Here's a long due update on Sports day.
People from our batch who attended: Eleanor, Jess, Kelly, Viveetha, Tracy, Sharlene, Kimberly & I.
One good thing about being an ex-senior, we can chill at the top of grandstand to avoid getting sunburn :D But I think watching from where we usually sit is more exciting. Hehe

To cut the crap, yes Xavier won! :D

In case you guys don't know, En. Azmi has transferred to SEDARI and promoted as Senior Assistant of Co-curiculum. (same rank as Pn. Geetha in our sch)

Hello!

So, I was back in Convent last Saturday for Jogathon & Carnival '10.
It wasn't as fun as I expected though :(
Probably because of the absence of most of my girlfriends - you guys! & I only know less than 10% of the juniors.

Managed to meet up with almost all the teachers except Pn. Emilda who was not well.

Whee!

I didn't join the jogathon cos the weather was too hot, I might just melt on the spot while running.
The carnival was more like a flea market/pasar malam. Besides food, others are being sold at very low prices. You could even get school uniform @ RM2. Yeah, it's a bit rediculous. Old stuff I supposed.
Seems like Pn Doreen is very good at running business. HAHA.

I freaking miss you girls HELL loads!
It's been almost a year since we've parted ways, and we're getting older already.
I've been thinking back about those days in convent and it makes me miss high sch life more.

hehehe...I fractured my ankle bone on in my left leg..
It's in cast right now..
I slipped and fell at the hostel stairs..though it's just a few steps, i still fractured my bone(wad a tragedy!!)..It caused me my foot..
Haiz..I'm temporarily handicap..
So,cont to pray for speedy recovery ya!

Well, seems like everyone is pretty busy with college and all. Hardly get the time to meet up with one and another, not even chatting on msn. Sigh! :(

The reason why I blog here today is because as I was staring into the space, I spotted the school magazines on my bookshelf. Took it down, browsed through it and then, the memories flood back. Really miss those days, omg.

Life sucks big time after high school. Remember we used to be so lepak and main main.
But now, really need to be serious and strive hard in every~~shit~~thing. Assignments, presentations and the never ending tests really drive me crazy! But I'm still hanging on here. Hope you guys are too.

If you ever feel like giving up, read the blue laminated card that Pn Ignatius gave us last year before we left! It's really motivating and touching!
Speaking of Pn Ignatius, I really miss her and her sandwiches!!!! Bestest ever!
& Pn Doreen, && her keropok! *drools*

How are you all?I'm quite ok i guess except for a few down and ups.Haih.
My short 2 weeks holidays already ended and we still didn't have a class outing.ISHK la...
Why didn't you guys reply to my tag at the tagboard???

Anyway just to inform you guys...since i went back to school on thursday.
There's a student in Convent whom her sister who just came back from Melbourne is down with swine flu.
And thus,the whole 4 science 3 is being quarantine.So are the choir girls because they have an upcoming choir national competition somewhere at pasir gudang.

The whole school practically wore masks walking around.Wahahahaha...god knows why.
Really glad to be able to go back to school.The teachers are all doing fine.
Was damn unlucky larh to meet the damn witch while i was there.

And and the new staff room is under renovation so those who intend to see the new staff room can drop by school in 3-6 months time??Hehe...

I hope everyone is fine.and stay away from swine flu ya!There's about 500 cases now in singapore so those in singapore pls be careful.

Hi all i'm currently doing Dip. in Digital Media in Singapore Polytechnic.
My school is located like, beside Dover MRT. Thats abit random. My course is all about web publishing,3D,design, story scripting, video and audio, computer generated effects.. that sorta thing.
I am blogging here because I'm panicking. I have to hand in my assignment (BTW my course is 100% assignment based so, No assignment = Fail course) by this Friday. The assignment is 20% of my module marks so I'm panicking. I am supposed to write a script for 5 minutes. I have alot of ideas but i'm so worried about
1) story not fitting 5 minutes
2) story too long
3)story too boring
4) story to predictable
So you can imagine my panicness now.

I have alot of assignments to hand in (actually only 3) before term break starts which is 6 June. It probably ends around 28 June for most of the polytechnics but i think mine ends in early July since the week of 28 June has exams and my course and no exams etc. Not too sure about this information though.

We can have a class reunion or outing during 6-28 i think all schools have term break around this time. I think i'm starting to blabber and repeat myself. Trying to get into the flow of typing since a 5 min script=5pages+-

I'm currently in Sunway Jb doing Ausmat. haha. Viveetha is my classmate and ALSO the Source of all my juicy gossips. HAHAHHA. She knows everything !!

HAHA. SO yeah. My friend is right. I can have loads of fun in college too alrhough it's very hectic.

AND yeah. June is coming soon, an everyone will be having their semester break right ?

Mine would be during End of June, after my EE, which starts from 15th June.

Guess most of yall already know that I've already quit SAM, Taylor's last month and will be doing Form6 which is starting tomorrow!

I'm nervous! :/
Although I know I have lotsa mates will be going SIGS with me. Sigh!
We know what's in our mind right now. S-I-G-S =.=
Why can't Convent just have another building for Form6 ?

Well, it's been a question. Like forever?
We never had enough classroom and we even had to fight for it sometimes. Especially for 9 10 period. And we know we don't mind loosing on that X)
Mainly also because the one who fought over the classroom with us was Pn MJ.

Really miss the old days that we had.
All good things come to an end and life still have to move on.
I know things may be hard for many of you, but hang on and be strong! Cos it will all be paid off at the end of the day.
& knowing you'll have great friends behind supporting you :)

There are many reasons why I quit SAM, Taylor's.
The stress that I had in that 4 months is enough to take away 4 years of my life, seriously! Well, of course that's not the main reason. (Nothing is easy what)
It's because I bloodie found out that SAM is not recognized in Singapore. I didn't thought of that last time you see =.=
And my health problem. Damn it. The doctor says luckily I went to consult him earlier, or not I'll have to undergo operation. So I'm kinda on drugs now =.=
*Amen!*
OK, no biggie. Don't be too shocked.

Staying with your family would be the bestest thing ever :)

Through the experience in KL, I've truly learnt alot.
I learn to appreciate my parents and friends even more. & God never fails to catch me when I'm falling. I thank God for all that supported me and gave me encouragement when I was really stressed out in KL. Thanks for your comfort so that I managed to overcome it many times.

Quitting SAM is not a give up thing.

Sometimes, you just got to let go of something.
Cos you never know something better is awaiting for you :)

Hey guys,Si Wei here.
Just wana drop by and say HI to you guys.xD I know most of us had probably started college and stuff so i just wana wish you guys good luck man!And for those who haven't decided where they're heading towards...i hope you'll be able to come to a decision soon.

Anyway,i've just started poly..~~only 2 days~~ but it definitely feels weird going to a different school,different enviroment and also meeting different people along the way.so far i've only attended lectures and yea not much friends since i can't go around talking to 170 people in the lecture theatre..T.T I MISS 5 SCIENCE 3...somehow sometimes i feel helpless being all alone not knowing anyone in poly..
Hopefully my group friends are nice...*cross my fingers*.

So everyone...

It's time to start a new journey in life now..and the first step is always harder.it may seem dark and lonely but it will get better in time..~~i hope.~~

Sorry i haven't been blogging here for like ages.Was really busy deciding where i should go and stuff.Trust me...it's HELL...yea and i procrastinate alot.T.T

Anyway,i meet Pn.Lee today at school.She was really happy that our batch 5Sc3 did really well for maths.Even better than the previous batch.So yea...scream and shout "YAY!".LOL.
If i'm not mistaken our sch had like 40+ straight A's and 12 straight A1.Convent took 4 awards this year and i think we're top in the state.

AND AND...OUR BIO GPA WAS REALLY GREAT!
Bet everyone is so proud right...after all the mugging for bio...mwahahahahaha.

Well, if u get what you want in the days to come when the results are out, thank god...
But if u din get it, dun be dismayed and discourage ya..whatever that happens, just remember that we 5sc3 will still be together and supporting each other, never forgetting each other ya..

Sigh. Life in KL seriously sucks.
For those who haven't started college, don't need to consider Taylor's.

Honestly, I'm not doing well in KL now.
I spend my nights crying over the overloaded work, assignments, researches. And guess what?
We have tests everyday, everyweek. Simply means no rest. Asshole!
I hate my life here!

Heya! :D

It's good to see Esther's blogging :)
Think we should update this blog and the rest even more since we're going on seperate ways now.
My college started today. In case you still don't know about it, I'm at Taylor's College SJ doing SAM. Miss Thai is with me! Hee
There's a few of us, Convent girl in Taylor's so it wasn't that bad.
Me, Elsie, Kai Ping, Jia Yi, Jia Qi and Kelly Ong.
And our seniors from Convent in this paticular campus are Daphne and Cornet.

So yeah, first day was orientation. Then we were put into different classes! :(
I was abit erm..shy? Didn't really dare to talk to people unless they start a conversation with me. It feels abit weird being in co-ed school after being years of nun in Convent XD

But I do miss Convent very very much! :'(

Hmm..yeah I guess that's all about it. Just to let yall know that I'm fine here and we Convent girls here just stick in a gang and have lunch, dinner and fun together :)

Hello ! See, Agnes, I know the email and the password and I'm here on our class blog and blogging while watching Hana Yori Dango Final - The Movie here. (: My man, Hanazawa Rui just appeared on the screen ! *PAUSE the Movie - Must.Resist.The.Temptation* ok I'll blog here first ^^;;

Alright ! First of all, Happy New Year ! It's 2009 already ! Actually it's already the forth day of 2009 and I'm still wishing everybody Happy New Year. blah. School starting tomorrow. TT^TT I'm looking at my sisters getting ready for tomorrow yesterday. They went out and got their new School shoes, New school Uniforms, New exercise books. And the best part was, I wasn't required to do so because I can't go back to school ! Sad case. T^T I'm missing you all badly ! Colleges is starting for some of you tomorrow as well. So far I only know that Kai Ping and Agnes is in KL and Suba and Vhinosha will be in Sunway JB. Yee Shean is in NS. Hahas. Lucky girls. I want to go to school or away having "The time of your life"or taking up a job (Raahini is doing an unpaid job at her dad's shop LMAO) or even taking your driving license(Siwei & Kim ! - How's your undang ? xD) and not to rot at home ! huhu T^T

I'm missing all of you man. Really. I've went through December without all of your laughters and joy and it was tough. ANd now i have to survive the whole January !GAWD. I miss being with you all. I want to go back to school !

erm, remembered I said that I WILL NEVER GO TO JC AND STUDY? Well, I was wrong. After thinking for a long time, I've decided to go for it instead. First of all, I DON'T WANT TO STUDY FORM 6 or ANY COLLEGES IN JOHOR BAHRU and secondly, MY PARENTS WOULDN'T LET ME STUDY IN KL. I've plan to take AUSMAT in a private school in Singapore(Saint Francis Academy if you are wondering) but then, AUSMAT only allows me to go to Australia and a few Universities around the world. I don't intend to study in Australia in the future anyway so there's no point going for AUSMAT. It's quite expensive also. O.o what was I thinking man ! I want to go to America ! X) California! yay. But still it's not final yet anyway i haven't even started my Pre-U studies and I'm talking about Universities. *shoots myself* I'll be sitting for my J-PACT test this Wednesday before going to the Junior College that I want to provided there is vacancies and I pass the test..haha ^^;; Alyaa might just be my school mate! lols, there's a big possibility (: HOPEFULLY ! ^^

Wish me luck for the test ! (: If i don't pass, My mum will kill me because it costs 300sgd. GAWD. AND it's from 9am to 6pm. I hope I'll survive. =_=

The class being a little unusual.

As you can see from the picture, everyone is buzy with their revision and Tai Yee Shean who's the sesat standing up obviously was not doing any. XD

Are we ready to let go of all this?

Our childhood.

Where do you think you would be, at this time, next year? Or ten years?
Somehow i can never fathom how life is gonna be, once I'm out into the world.
Was 11 years of school enough?

When we're in school, we long to be out. But now, as I am forcefully, with or without preparation, thrusted out into the real world, I feel panicked.

What does life have in store for me?
College perhaps? University if i am eligible? Find a partner in life? Married? Children*shudders*? Grandchildren?

I somehow feel that everyone is in a pace that i can not keep up with. Like i'm free falling down to earth without a parachute! It seems that everyone has found their plan in life. Who they are and plan to do. A small minority however, like me, are still dreading the time when we have to make a decision that will change their lives forever.

As many say now, "Concentrate on the task in front of you". Ah yes. SPM.
Somehow when someone snaps at me with that reply, I cant help wondering if that person too, isnt ready to let go.

SPM will wait for no man. It would come and go, and by the time we know it, we're all grown up x).
I tend to look at my parents' decisions and actions and wonder, "would i ever be able to solve it like that one day? Does it come in a manual package that everyone receives when they reach adulthood?"
Will the childishness in me ever fade? Do i even want it to?

Just a small insight into my muddled thoughts. Get a grip people, enjoy what you have while it lasts.

Ok so the story started when bev and the "dbsk" gang decided to call sharlene Jessica(from SNSD or Girls Generation) since bev said sharlene looks like jessica and have some of the same personality

Do not mess with anyone from our class cos' I swear we're gonna screw the rest of your life up like hell in Convent, your dumbass junior!

The juniors in our school can't get anymore worse and are obviously some rude brats. (especially those librarians) I wonder how they actually passed their interviews.
I have friends who is a librarian saying a junior who couldn't pass the interview asked her mum to call up the school, asking teacher to allow her to become the librarian O.O

OMG, what's the big deal if you can't pass the interview?
As if like your mum is going to help you in the future when you can't get into some university or is she going to help you calling up some boss of some company to actually pass you for the job interview?

I think the kids these days are too well-protected and are so vulnerable that they can't survive on their own. They expect people to give in to them and spoon feed them. I bet they're going to die one day when they leave the school and enter the social life. That's where we call hell.

Despite the fact that they can never stop complaining, what else can they do for the school?

Convent's tradition is changing from day to day, I wonder how is Convent like 10 years later when I come back and visit the school. I'm feeling quite sad that it's my last year in Convent but I'm glad that I do not have to face those childish mommy kids anymore. I'm being kind.

Alrights, back to the librarian thingy.

I remember there was once last year, I was in the library with Sue Lynn (our ex-senior) and we actually heard one form1 girl (currently form2) scolding "Fuck" to someone. Omg, is this how her mum teach her? :X Just because she has a sister who was in form5 does it mean that she could scold anyone as she likes? Not to mention vulgarities.

And last thursday, our class had english class at the library.
One freaking biadap girl actually shouted "shut up" at us. Pn Punithe was there too and all of us witness everything and who's that brat.
HELLO IDIOT! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?

Seriously, if they don't learn to grow up, they're not going to survive in the world outside later.

I remember how the seniors used to treat us and how we juniors used to behave like at those time. In fact, I think it was a very good training for us. A senior once told me that if you can't get used to the life in Convent, you just can't survive anyhow in the future. Look at how well the ex-seniors are doing now and they really do excel in everything. Now, it's totally different.

I'm sad for the juniors.really.
